Akyem Tafo Union of Great Britain is a non-profit organisation established by citizens of Akyem Tafo and its surrounding towns and villages resident in the United Kingdom.

Our activities are regulated by the UK Charity Commission.

Our main objective is to help the people of Akyem Tafo and its surrounding towns and villages by undertaking development projects such boreholes, upgrading of health facilities and provision of learning facilities such as libraries and day-care centres.

Our projects are funded by fund-raising activities organised by the members of the union who are resident in the United Kingdom as well as individuals and other benevolent organisations.
